Consent to marketing emails

1. Scope of consent

1.1. I, a user of the Layero service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), give my consent to individual entrepreneur Murzak Mikhail Mikhailovich (TIN 772029626711, OGRNIP 315774600406786; hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to receive information and advertising messages about the Service by email: news, new opportunities, job tips, offers and special conditions, including promotional codes.

1.2. Consent was given in accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” and Article 9 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1.3. Service letters - about build, payment, account security and changes in conditions - do not apply to the mailing list and are received regardless of this consent.

2. What data is used

Email address, username, and information about which mailings were sent. Links in emails contain campaign tokens (UTM). If I click on a link and agree to analytics cookies, the click will be taken into account in web analytics. Actions: collection, recording, storage, use, deletion, destruction - using automation tools. To send letters, the Operator entrusts processing to Yandex.Cloud LLC (Yandex Cloud Postbox service, Russia).

3. Duration and withdrawal

3.1. The consent is valid until it is revoked or the account is deleted.

3.2. You can revoke your consent at any time:

• by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in any mailing letter;
• turning off “News and Tips” in the “Email Notifications” section of your account settings in the control panel;
• by writing to support@layero.ru.

3.3. After revocation, mailing will stop no later than 3 business days.

4. How consent is given

Consent is given by placing a separate optional checkbox “I want to receive news about Layero by email” when registering or by turning on the “News and Tips” switch in the account settings. The operator records the edition of this document, date and time, IP address and browser information.
